Responsibilities include the following:
Open & Close Shop As Necessary Increase Profitability of Company by Maximizing Sales & Minimizing Expenses.
Maintain a High Level of Shop Productivity & Technician efficiency.
Handle Difficult Customer Complaints in a Manner that is Fair to All Parties.
Maintain a Positive Work Environment and Contribute to a Team Environment.
Follow up on each repair and keep customers informed of progress Inspect repair quality and ensure that all work is complete Remain Technically Current to Assist Technicians as Needed.
Work Closely with Customers and Technicians to Identify Required Maintenance/Repairs.
Advise Customers on Necessary and Recommended Services.
Offer Additional Services and Repairs to Customers.
Connect with Customers for Regular Maintenance Recommended and Schedule Appointments.
Mechanical and Automotive background a plus Other Duties as Assigned
Qualifications:
Must be a Team Player with a Positive Attitude! Excellent Written & Verbal Communication Skills Strong Organization and Computer Skills Education/
Experience:
Previous work experience as a Service Advisor in the Automotive Industry.
High school diploma or GED required.
Must hold a valid clean driver's license.
Salary Salary is Based on Prior Work Experience and References.
