- Perform general maintenance and repairs in residential and commercial properties - Conduct routine inspections to identify any issues or potential problems - Repair or replace broken or damaged fixtures, appliances, and equipment - Install or assemble furniture, fixtures, and other items as needed - Paint walls, ceilings, and other surfaces as required - Handle basic plumbing and electrical tasks - Maintain cleanliness and organization of work area Requirements:
- Proven experience as a maintenance person or in a similar role - Solid knowledge of general maintenance and repair techniques - Proficient in using hand and power tools - Ability to troubleshoot and solve problems independently - Strong attention to detail and excellent time management skills - Good communication and customer service skills - Physical stamina to handle manual labor tasks Note:
A valid driver's license may be required for certain positions.
