Prior experience or knowledge related to commercial roofing or project management is needed to perform this position.
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
Prepare material take offs, track job cost and schedule installationPerform job site surveysEvaluate project leadsEstimate new construction projects and re-roofsContract management and distributionDetermine material, labor requirements, and prepare itemized listsNegotiate service and repair strategies and value, address resistance, effectively write and present proposals and close the salePrepare close out documents after project completionEnsure proper safety and quality requirements are being met by installation crewsEffectively interact, and communicate with customers, vendors, office and field staff
